Two things...

Thing 1: the boy has hair. Crazy hair. Krajee hair, if you will. He had lots of it when he was born and it continues to grow. It is much more like Kristine's hair right now; very fine, light, soft. Not curly. But also not blonde; but not black. However, he has lots of it and because it is so light, it just grows and then falls over and then sticks out. Very funny.

Thing 2: we did not get many good pictures of Aldus's eyes when he was born. This is really quite a shame. He had blue eyes. A deep, consistent, fully saturated blue. Not like Kristines, but more like a something you would find in a water color paint sample. It was really cool. Aldus's eyes have been changing constantly. They are in the hazel/green mode right now. We expect that they will end up closer to brown in the hazel/green scale; they will not be blue. But they will not be brown either. If you enlarge this photo, you can see a bit of the blue... just a bit of what is left.

...and it almost goes without saying... he has started to drool. which means that the salivary glands are doing their thing. Unfortunately, the swallowing reflex has not yet caught up. Thus, bubbles...
